Commuters rushed down the street, eager to hit the sack after a long day at work.
Then it happened.
Nobody knew what it was. A bright pink spot at the corner of the sky.
It turned the whole sky various gradients of pink at once.
The explosion of light blinded everyone.
People fainted. Someone dropped a piece of glass that shattered into a million shiny pink pieces.
And all of a sudden it was gone.
And so were the people.

A vast, empty plain.
Sunlight illuminates the world around.
In the flash of an instant, a trio of winged pegasi, draped in the brilliance of gold, leaped across from the nothingness of dark into the rays of the sun, shining like a star.
In the flash of an instant, they were gone.
And so will we all.

Trains come and go.
As a worker on the rails, one has to be alert. 
Any moment a train can come rushing down the tracks.
A beeping signal carries the message: "GET OUTTA HERE!!!"
If you don't, goodbye.
